2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM)

The 2025 AGM will take place on March 1st, 2025, 2:00 PM, at the OREA Pyramida Hotel, Prague, Czech Republic.

The AGM will be held in a hybrid format, allowing members to participate either in person or online. A Zoom link will be provided for those joining virtually

The invitation was sent out in time on January 28th, 2025, by E-Mail to all members in good standing registered at that time.

Please confirm your participation by completing the online registration form (click to complete). Indicate whether you will attend in person or virtually. If you are unable to attend, kindly let us know via the same form. A Zoom link will be sent on 28th February.
